Deborah Ennis, LMHC, presents a talk on “Introducing Mindfulness” on Saturday, April 2nd from 4-5 PM at the Library. Learn more about Mindfulness, and how it helps reduce stress and increase happiness and well being at this presentation. Ms. Ennis, a resident of Harwich, has more than 25 years experience as a holistic health practitioner, educator and psychotherapist on Cape Cod, and is the principal at Healing Therapies of Cape Cod located in Orleans. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holds degrees from the University of Florida, the University of Vermont, Lesley University and the Teacher Certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from The Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
