DESCRIPTION:Weekly yoga led by Vinyasa Flow instructor Lonna Bissonnette takes place Mondays at 9am. $60 for a 6-week pass or $15 per class. Bring your own yoga mat and towel (towel is optional). Register below or pay in person at class.\nDates of classes are: May 26th, June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.\nVinyasa is one of the most common styles of yoga practiced in the West. Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.\nLonna began practicing yoga in 2018 as a step on a path to peace and harmony. She is endlessly grateful to the teachers who have inspired her along the way, and is honored to share this gift with others.\nShe received her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Cambio Yoga in 2024. She is insured and CPR trained. Lonna is a retired school teacher and librarian.\nLonna’s focus is on sensing breath, exploring movement and stillness, and discovering relationships between the body, mind and spirit. She believes everyone can practice yoga and is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive space for all.\n
