“Come to the Cabaret” An Evening with Bobby Wetherbee

 

Bobby Wetherbee, the celebrated cabaret pianist and singer, who has entertained his countless fans in Boston, New York, Palm Beach, and Provincetown for more than 50 years, will turn the Library into a special cabaret evening of song on Tuesday, June 26th at 7pm.

Tickets are $25 per person or you can reserve your table to seat four for $100. Cash bar. The event is a fundraiser for the Library’s Capital Campaign.

Bobby Wetherbee, who trained at the New England Conservatory, has played the St. Regis, the Carlyle, and the Colony in New York, the Copley Plaza in Boston and the Crown and Anchor in Provincetown.  “Wetherbee colors each tune to suit his style and refrains from doing any song he can’t make his own”, says the Boston Phoenix and the Boston Herald is quoted as describing his style, “At the piano he is on a perpetual high”.
