Fall Wine Tasting: Wines of the Southern Rhone
The Library is pleased to once again host sommelier Steve Bodell, bringing you “Wines of the Southern Rhone” to a tasting on Wednesday, October 29th at 6pm. Tickets are $45 for one person; $70 for two people. Registration is required.
France’s southern Rhone Valley is home to a wide range of wines. There are over a dozen appellations from Côtes du Rhône to Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The terroir is very diverse and there are over a dozen grape varieties that can be used in blending wine. Please join us as we explore this fascinating and delicious wine region.
