TRIAD + is a power house quartet featuring acclaimed pianist Maxim Lubarsky, Multi Grammy winning bassist Oscar Stagnaro, Multi Grammy and Latin Grammy winning drummer Mark Walker, and rising star Puerto-Rican saxophonist Edmar Colón. The group will present an electrifying tribute to the legendary Brazilian composer Hermeto Pascoal. Known for his genre-defying compositions and boundless imagination, Hermeto’s music is re-imagined by an all-star quartet blending deep Latin jazz roots with fearless improvisation and dynamic interplay. This program premiered to great acclaim at WGBH’s Fraser Performance Studio in Boston. Now it is coming to the intimate setting of historic West Falmouth Library.
