Vinyasa is one of the most common styles of yoga practiced in the West. Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.
Lonna began practicing yoga in 2018 as a step on a path to peace and harmony. She is endlessly grateful to the teachers who have inspired her along the way, and is honored to share this gift with others.
She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Cambio Yoga in 2024. She is insured and CPR trained. Lonna is a retired school teacher and librarian.
Lonna’s focus is on sensing breath, exploring movement and stillness, and discovering relationships between the body, mind and spirit. She believes everyone can practice yoga and is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive space for all.
