We have weekly storytelling and Stay & Play activities as well as special arts and crafts, STEM, and reading programs all year round. You’ll find lots of other families to connect with too.

Mother Goose on the Loose
Weekly Tuesday Storytime at WFL, with Miss Martha! 10-10:30 a.m. every Tuesday. For Ages 0-3 and Caregivers, Mother Goose on the Loose is a 30-minute early literacy program including songs, rhymes, and stories, with a Stay and Play option until 11 a.m.Â
Pre-School Playtime
Free and open to all, this weekly unstructured playtime is supervised by parents and caregivers, and aimed for children ages infant to four. Every Friday 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Children’s Play area on the library’s lower level.Â

Painting with Tea
Saturday, April 18 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., join Becky for another session of this unique and free activity, inspired by the artwork of Charlie Mackesy in his book The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, and The Horse. A great multigenerational activity (if bringing a child, best for ages 7+).

April Vacation – The Loop Troop
April Vacation brings an abundance of children’s activities! Join other young makers working on their current knitting, crocheting, embroidery or felting projects! Tuesday, April 21 1-3 p.m. *This is a social group, no formal instruction will be given.
April Vacation – On the Go, LEGO!
April Vacation Fun! Build and customize your own mini and travel friendly Lego kit! All supplies will be provided. Wednesday, April 22 2-4 p.m.
April Vacation – Junk Journal Cover Creations
Join us this April Vacation Week for fun children’s activities! Thursday, April 23 2-4 p.m. Design and decorate the cover of your very own journal. Come back Friday for a creative first entry!

April Vacation – Stuffy Sleepover
Stuffy Sleepover! Drop off your stuffy at the library where they will sleep over with Becky on watch. Tune into social media to see what they get themselves into! Friday, April 24 10 a.m.-3 p.m. *Pick-up Saturday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
